Holiday Diets. Here is a subject we do not want to talk about during this season of Holiday goodies and parties. But it is a subject on our minds as we try to resist those tempting treats of the season. We can start the New Year fresh and work off those holiday pounds. I would like to make it a healthy and safe experience for everyone interested. There are so many diet plans out there that it is hard to choose. For example the hCG diet. Is it safe? Here is what I found.

Weight loss

A controversial usage of hCG is as an adjunct to the British endocrinologist Albert T. W. Simeons‘ ultra-low-calorie weight-loss diet (less than 500 calories). Simeons, while studying pregnant women in India on a calorie-deficient diet, and “fat boys” with pituitary problems (Frölich’s syndrome) treated with low-dose hCG, claimed that both lost fat and not lean (muscle) tissue. He reasoned that hCG must  be programming the hypothalamus to do this in the former cases to protect the developing fetus by promoting mobilization and consumption of abnormal, excessive adipose deposits. Simeons later published a book entitled Pounds and Inches, designed to combat obesity. Simeons, practicing at Salvator Mundi International Hospital in Rome, Italy, recommended low-dose daily hCG injections (125 IU, or ) in combination with a customized ultra-low-calorie (500 cal/day, high-protein, low-carbohydrate/fat) diet loss of adipose tissue without loss of lean tissue. After Simeons’ death, the diet started to spread to specialized centers and via popularization by people, such as the controversial author Kevin Trudeau, famous for promotion of alternative therapies and treatments.

The controversy proceeds from warnings by the Journal of the American Medical Association and the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition[22] that hCG is neither safe nor effective as a weight-loss aid.

A meta analysis found that studies supporting hCG for weight loss were of poor methodological quality and concluded that “there is no scientific evidence that HCG is effective in the treatment of obesity; it does not bring about weight-loss or fat-redistribution, nor does it reduce hunger or induce a feeling of well-being”.

 Homeopathic hCG for weight control

Controversy about, and shortages of, injected hCG for weight loss have led to real Internet promotion of “homeopathic hCG” for weight control. The ingredients in these products are often obscure, but if prepared from true hCG via homeopathic dilution, they contain either no hCG at all or only trace amounts.

The United States Food and Drug Administration has stated that over-the-counter products containing hCG are fraudulent and ineffective for weight loss. They are also not protected as homeopathic drugs and are illegal substances. HCG itself is a classified  prescription drug in the United States and it has not been approved for over-the-counter sales by the FDA as a weight loss product or for any other purposes, and therefore neither hCG in its pure form nor any preparations containing hCG can be sold legally in the country except by prescription. In December 2011, FDA and FTC started to take actions to pull unapproved hCG products from the market. In the aftermath, some suppliers started to switch to “hormone-free” versions of their weight loss products, where the hormone is replaced with an unproven mixture of free amino acids.

The weight loss indicated by people on an “hCG diet” may-be attributed entirely to the fact that such diets prescribe a consumption rate of 500-550 calorie per day, or about one-quarter of what is commonly accepted as the daily recommended value for a male adult of average build and activity. Further, double-blind studies noted no decrease in appetite by those taking hCG versus people on placebos and have offered no evidence that people taking hCG are more likely to lose fat than lean tissue. Long-term results caution that unlike people participating in a diet of, such as, 1100 calories per day, those on a 500 calorie per day diet are unlikely to develop more inappropriate eating habits and will gain weight more quickly after the diet has completed.

I have concluded hCG is not safe, and the real reason for the weight loss was the starvation diet of 500-550 calories a day. There is no proof that hCG helps to build lean muscles or get rid of the fat.

Last year I added ProVantage to one of my  Daily shakes and in four months I had lost 30lbs.  It came off slow. As it should. My eating habits are better.

Really a Holiday diet to me is to experience the taste of those goodies that friends and relatives have worked so hard to please us with. Be cautious and don’t over indulge. Savor the flavor and you should be good. Happy Holidays everyone and enjoy.

L-Glutamine:

Side Effects;

Should you worry about L-Glutamine side effects? In short No. studies have shown it to have no adverse side effects. Also Glutamine occurs naturally in your body, it has no health risks. However too much is never good with many supplements. Taking excessive of amounts of L-Glutamine has led to upset stomachs, so you should follow recommended dosages.

Benefits of L-Glutamine;

L-Arginine Base:

 L-arginine is a chemical building block called “an amino acid.”  It is obtained from the diet and is necessary for the body to make proteins. L-arginine is found in red meat, poultry, fish, and dairy products. It can also be made in a laboratory and used as medicine.

Possibly effective for…

  • Improving recovery after surgery. Taking L-arginine with ribonucleic acid (RNA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) before surgery or afterwards seems to help reduce the recovery time, reduce the number of infections, and improve wound healing after surgery.
  • Congestive heart failure. Taking L-arginine along with usual treatment seems to help eliminate extra fluids that are a problem in congestive heart failure.  But taking L-arginine doesn’t always improve exercise tolerance or quality of life.  L-arginine should not be used instead of the usual treatments ordered by a healthcare provider.
  • Chest pain associated with coronary artery disease (angina pectoris). Taking L-arginine seems to decrease symptoms and improve exercise tolerance and quality of life in people with angina. But L-arginine doesn’t seem to improve the disease itself.
  • Bladder inflammation. Taking L-arginine seems to improve symptoms, but it may take up to three months of treatment to see improvement.
  • Wasting and weight loss in people with HIV/AIDS, when used with hydroxymethylbutyrate (HMB) and glutamine. This combination seems to increase body weight, particularly lean body mass, and improve the immune system.
  • Preventing loss of effect of nitroglycerin in people with angina pectoris.
  • Problems with erections of the penis (erectile dysfunction).
  • Improving kidney function in kidney transplant patients taking cyclosporine.
  • Preventing inflammation of the digestive tract in premature infants.
  • Cramping pain and weakness in the legs associated with blocked arteries (intermittent claudication).

Are there safety concerns?

L-arginine is POSSIBLY SAFE for most people when taken appropriately by mouth short-term. It can cause some side effects such as abdominal pain, bloating, diarrhea, gout, blood abnormalities, allergies, airway inflammation, worsening of asthma, and low blood pressure.

Special precautions & warnings:

Pregnancy and breast-feeding: L-arginine is POSSIBLY SAFE when used appropriately short-term in pregnancy. Not enough is known about using L-arginine long-term in pregnancy or during breast-feeding. Stay on the safe side and avoid use.
Children: L-arginine is POSSIBLY SAFE when used by mouth in premature infants in appropriate doses. When used in high doses, L-arginine is POSSIBLY UNSAFE. Doses that are too high can cause serious side effects including death in children.
Allergies or asthma: L-arginine can cause an allergic response or make swelling in the airways worse. If you decide to take L-arginine, use it with caution.
Herpes: There is a concern that L-arginine might make herpes worse. There is some evidence that L-arginine is needed for the herpes virus to multiply.
Low blood pressure: L-arginine might lower blood pressure. This could be a problem if you already have low blood pressure.
Recent heart attack: There is a concern that L-arginine might increase the risk of death after a heart attack, especially in older people. If you have had a heart attack recently, don’t take L-arginine.
Surgery: L-arginine might affect blood pressure. There is a concern that it might interfere with blood pressure control during and after surgery. Stop taking L-arginine at least 2 weeks before a scheduled surgery.

L-Leucine:

As a food additive, L-Leucine has E number E641 and is classified as a flavor enhancer. Leucine is the only dietary amino acid that has the capacity to stimulate muscle protein synthesis.  As a dietary supplement, leucine has been found to slow the degradation of muscle tissue by increasing the synthesis of muscle proteins.

L-Lysine HCL:

It is an essential amino acid, which means that the human body cannot synthesize it. As an essential amino acid, lysine is not synthesized in animals, hence it must be ingested as lysine or lysine-containing proteins. In plants and bacteria, it is synthesized from aspartic acid (aspartate). The nutritional requirement per day, in milligrams of lysine per kilogram of body weight, is: infants (3–4 months) 103, children (2 years) 64, older children (10–12 years) 60 to 44, adults 12. For a 70 kg adult, 12 milligrams of lysine per kilogram of body weight is 0.84 grams of lysine. Good sources of lysine are foods rich in protein such as soy, as well as meat (specifically red meat, lamb, pork, and poultry), cheese (particularly Parmesan), certain fish (such as cod and sardines), and eggs.

L-Alanine:

Alanine is a nonessential amino acid, meaning it can be manufactured by the human body, and does not need to be obtained directly through the diet. Alanine is found in a wide variety of foods, but is particularly concentrated in meats.

Good sources of alanine include

  • Animal sources: meat, seafood, caseinate, dairy products, eggs, fish, gelatin, lactalbumin
  • Vegetarian sources: beans, nuts, seeds, soy, whey, brewer’s yeast, brown rice, bran, corn, legumes, whole grains.

An international study led by Imperial College London found a correlation between high levels of alanine and higher blood pressure, energy intake, cholesterol levels, and body mass index.

Alterations in the alanine cycle that increase the levels of serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) is linked to the development of type II diabetes. With an elevated level of ALT the risk of developing type II diabetes increases.

Glycine:

an organic compound , is the smallest of the 20 amino acids commonly found in proteins. Other markets for USP grade glycine include its use an additive in pet food and animal feed. For humans, glycine is sold as a sweetener/taste enhancer. Food supplements and protein drinks contain glycine. Certain drug formulations include glycine to improve gastric absorption of the drug.

L-Ornithine Alpha Ketoglutarate:

is a non essential amino acid produced in the body. Has strong healing properties. Protects muscles and tissues from break down. Improves muscle mass, and is known to regulate liver function.

In general this proprietay blend seams safe. there are procautions however for those who have health issues already; they should have their Doctors look over the products and follow his/her advice. As should everyone.

Whats in Pro Vantage

What is in Pro Vantage and is it safe? This is what I will be looking at in this blog. I am searching the ingredients list on the package. First on the list is Tonalin(conjugated linoleic acid{CLA})which is made from safflower oil. Next is Phosphatidylserine which is a phospholipid component, usually kept on the inner-leaflet (the cytosolic side) of cell membranes  an enzyme called flippase. Third is Creatine Monohydrate is a nitrogenous organic acid that occurs naturally in vertebrates. Extensive research over the last decade has shown that oral creatine supplementation at a rate of 5 to 20 grams per day appears to be very safe. Fourth on the list is Medium Chain Triglycerides. Some studies have shown that MCTs can help in the process of excess calorie burning, and thus weight loss. Next is Bioperine® (Piper nigrum) a standardized extract from the fruit of Piper nigrum L (black pepper) or Piper longum L (long pepper). Following we find Extract of grape seed (Vitis vinifera) There may be health benefits from the oil itself. Next we see  Alpha-Lipoic Acid an organosulfur compound derived from octanoic acid.  Then there is  Coenzyme Q 10  which helps to maintain a healthy cardiovascular system and more. Finally L-Carnitine is required for the transport of fatty acids from the cytosol into the mitochondria during the breakdown of lipids (fats) for the generation of metabolic energy.

First we will take a look at Tonalin® (Conjugated linoleic acid {CLA})

Tonalin® Brand CLA is made from Safflower Oil.  Using Tonalin CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid) is great for weight loss, and can help if you have Diabetes, Cancer, and even  Atherosclerosis.  Tonalin® €LA is a safe, scientifically proven, effective nutritional supplement that contains no stimulants of any kind. However There are concerns that  CLA supplements by extremely overweight people may tend to cause or to aggravate insulin resistance, which may increase their risk of developing diabetes.  The general consensus is that the use of this supplement should be carefully examined if the person using the supplement is greatly overweight.

Phosphatidylserine– 

 (abbreviated Ptd-L-Ser or PS) is a phospholipid component of cell membranes. When a cell undergoes apoptosis, phosphatidylserine is no longer restricted to the cytosolic part of the membrane, but becomes exposed on the surface of the cell. Possible Health benefits: Memory and cognition-Commercially available products are made from soybeans. FDA did, however give “qualified health claim” status to phosphatidylserine, stating that, “Consumption of phosphatidylserine may reduce the risk of dementia in the elderly” and “Consumption of phosphatidylserine may reduce the risk of cognitive dysfunction in the elderly.”  Sports nutrition- Soy-PS, in a dose dependent manner (400 mg), has been reported to be an effective supplement for combating exercise-induced stress by blunting the exercise-induced increase in cortisol levels.PS supplementation promotes a desirable hormonal balance for athletes and might attenuate the physiological deterioration that accompanies overtraining and/or overstretching. In recent studies, PS has been shown to enhance mood in a cohort of young people during mental stress and to improve accuracy during tee-off by increasing the stress resistance of golfers.   Attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder-First pilot studies indicate that PS supplementation might be beneficial for children with attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder.  Safety-  Soy-derived PS is Generally Recognized As Safe (GRAS) and is a safe nutritional supplement for older persons if taken up to a dosage of 200 mg three times daily. Phosphatidylserine has been shown to reduce specific immune response in mice.

Phosphatidylcholine

They are a major component of biological membranes and can be easily obtained from a variety of readily available sources such as egg yolk or soy beans from which they are mechanically extracted or chemically extracted using hexane. They are also a member of the lecithin group of yellow-brownish fatty substances occurring in animal and plant tissues.

Possible health benefits

Senescence:Phosphatidylcholine is a vital substance that is in every cell in the human body. Thus some researchers have used mutant mouse models with severe oxidative damage as a model of “accelerated aging” to investigate the possible role of phosphatidylcholine supplementation as a way of slowing down aging-related processes.  and improving brain functioning and memory capacity in dementia.However, a systematic review of clinical trials in humans found that lecithin or phosphatidylcholine supplementation does not benefit patients with dementia.

Liver repair:Recent studies point to the many potential benefits of phosphatidylcholine for liver repair. One study shows phosphatidylcholine’s healing effect with hepatitis A, hepatitis B, and hepatitis C. Phosphatidylcholine administration for chronic, active hepatitis resulted in significant reduction of disease activity in mice.

Lipolysis: Some organizations promote the use of injected phosphatidylcholine, otherwise known as injection lipolysis, claiming the procedure can break down fat cells, and thus serve as an alternative to liposuction. It is important to note that while the procedure cites early experiments that showed lipolysis in cases of fat emboli, no peer-reviewed studies have shown any amount of lipolysis even remotely comparable to liposuction.

Ulcerative colitis: Phase IIa/b clinical trials performed at the Heidelberg University Hospital have shown that delayed release phosphatidylcholine is an anti-inflammatory, and secondly, is a surface hydrophobicity increasing compound with promising therapeutic potential in the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease.

In addition to the increased caloric burden of a diet rich in fats like phosphatidylcholine, a recent report has linked the microbial catabolites of phosphatidylcholine with increased atherosclerosis through the production of choline, trimethylamine oxide, and betaine. However, the validity of this study is disputed because the form of choline used was contaminated with trimethylamine oxide (TMAO). A 1999 study by other authors who studied 46 different foods did not find choline-rich foods to cause TMAO production.

Creatine Monohydrate  is a nitrogenous organic acid that occurs naturally in vertebrates and helps to supply energy to all cells in the body, primarily muscle. Creatine supplements are used by athletes, bodybuilders, wrestlers, sprinters, and others who wish to gain muscle mass. While there was once some concern that creatine supplementation could affect hydration status and heat tolerance and lead to muscle cramping and diarrhea, recent studies have shown these concerns to be unfounded.

Extensive research over the last decade has shown that oral creatine supplementation at a rate of 5 to 20 grams per day appears to be very safe and largely devoid of adverse side-effects,while at the same time effectively improving the physiological response to resistance exercise, increasing the maximal force production of muscles in both men and women.

The Mayo Clinic states that creatine has been associated with asthmatic symptoms and warns against consumption by persons with known allergies. Creatine cannot be recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding due to a lack of scientific information. Pasteurized cow’s milk contains higher levels of creatine than human milk.

Medium Chain Triglycerides– (MCTs) are medium-chain (6 to 12 carbons) fatty acid esters of glycerol. Some studies have shown that MCTs can help in the process of excess calorie burning, and thus weight loss. MCTs are also seen as promoting fat oxidation and reduced food intake. There has also been interest in MCTs from endurance athletes and the bodybuilding community. While there seem to be health benefits from MCTs, a link to improved exercise performance is weak.

Medium-chain triglycerides are generally considered a good biologically inert source of energy that the human body finds reasonably easy to metabolize. They have potentially beneficial attributes in protein metabolism but may be contraindicated in some situations due to their tendency to induce ketogenesis and metabolic acidosis. Their use is not recommended for diabetics unless under supervised medical treatment and those with liver problems due to the added stress they may put on the organ.

Bioperine® (Piper nigrum) –  BioPerine ® Is a standardized extract from the fruit of Piper nigrum L (black pepper) or Piper longum L (long pepper). Black Pepper Nature’s Bioavailability Enhancing Thermonutrient. Helps the body absorb  nutrients.

Extract of grape seed (Vitis vinifera)

Grape seed oil (also called grapeseed oil or grape oil) is technically a fruit oil, even though it is commonly referred to as a vegetable oil. It is pressed from the seeds of various varieties of Vitis vinifera grapes, an abundant by-product of winemaking. Potential medicinal benefits:  grape seeds contain antioxidants and other biologically active compounds,  A 1993 study supports the claim that grape seed oil increases high-density lipoprotein (HDL-C or “good cholesterol”) levels and reduces LDL levels.

alpha lipoic acid (ALA)

Lipoic acid (LA), also known as α-lipoic acid and alpha lipoic acid(ALA)  is an organosulfur compound derived from octanoic acid. LA contains two vicinal sulfur atoms (at C6 and C8) attached by a disulfide bond and is thus considered to be oxidized (although either sulfur atom can exist in higher oxidation states). 

Beneficial effects from  numerous research studies and clinical trials: Prevent organ dysfunction-Reduce endothelial dysfunction and improve albuminuria-Treat or prevent cardiovascular disease-Accelerate chronic wound healing-Reduce levels of ADMA in diabetic end-stage renal disease patients on hemodialysis-Management of burning mouth syndrome-Reduce iron overload-Treat metabolic syndrome-Improve or prevent age-related cognitive dysfunction-Prevent or slow the progression of Alzheimer’s Disease-Prevent erectile dysfunction (animal models but anecdotally applies to humans as well)-Prevent migraines-Treat multiple sclerosis-Treat chronic diseases associated with oxidative stress-Reduce inflammation-Inhibit advanced glycation end products (AGE)-Treat peripheral artery disease.

Clinical trials and approved uses

RLA is being used in a federally funded clinical trial for multiple sclerosis at Oregon Health and Science University.   R-lipoic acid (RLA) is currently being used in two federally funded clinical trials at Oregon State University to test its effects in preventing heart disease and atherosclerosis.   Alpha-lipoic acid is approved in Germany as a drug for the treatment of polyneuropathies, such as diabetic and alcoholic polyneuropathies, and liver disease. Coenzyme Q 10:

Heart health: Coenzyme Q10 helps to maintain a healthy cardiovascular system.
 Migraine headaches:Supplementation of coenzyme Q10 has been found to have a beneficial effect on the condition of some sufferers of migraine headaches.
Cancer:CoQ10 is also being investigated as a treatment for cancer, and as relief from cancer treatment side-effects.
Cardiac arrest:Another recent study shows a survival benefit after cardiac arrest if coenzyme Q10 is administered in addition to commencing active cooling of the body to 90–93 degrees Fahrenheit (32–34 degrees Celsius).
Blood pressure:There are several reports concerning the effect of CoQ10 on blood pressure in human studies
Periodontal disease:Studies have shown that diseased gum tissue is deficient in CoQ10 compared to healthy gum tissue
Lifespan:One study demonstrated that low dosages of coenzyme Q10 reduce oxidation and DNA double-strand breaks, and a combination of a diet rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids and coenzyme Q10 supplementation leads to a longer lifespan in rats.

Radiation injury: In 2002, a study reported that, in rat experiments, coenzyme Q10 taken as dietary supplement reduced radiation damage to the animals’ blood.

Parkinson’s disease: A 2002 study in 80 Parkinson’s disease patients found 1200 mg/day reduced the progression by 44%.[70][71] A phase III trial of 1200 mg/d and 2400 mg/d ran until August 2011. This study was terminated and the summary concluded: “The investigational drug is unlikely to demonstrate efficacy over placebo for this indication. However, no safety issues were discovered

Meat and fish are the richest source of dietary CoQ10 and levels over 50 mg/kg can be found in beef, pork and chicken heart, and chicken liver. Dairy products are much poorer sources of CoQ10 compared to animal tissues. Vegetable oils are also quite rich in CoQ10. Within vegetables, parsley, and perilla are the richest CoQ10 sources, but significant differences in their CoQ10 levels can be found in the literature. Broccoli, grape, and cauliflower are modest sources of CoQ10. Most fruit and berries represent a poor to very poor source of CoQ10, with the exception of avocado, with a relatively high CoQ10 content. According to the Mayo Clinic, “CoQ10 has been used, recommended, or studied for numerous conditions, but remains controversial as a treatment in many areas.”  Coenzyme Q-10, in its reduced form as solubilized ubiquinol, is approved for use as an orphan product in the treatment of Huntington’s disease and pediatric congestive heart failure; other uses are still unproven, including in the treatment of high triglycerides levels and athletic performance.

L-Carnitine

Carnitine is a quaternary ammonium compound biosynthesized from the amino acids lysine and methionine.    In living cells, it is required for the transport of fatty acids from the cytosol into the mitochondria during the breakdown of lipids (fats) for the generation of metabolic energy. Carnitine exists in two stereoisomers: Its biologically active form is L-carnitine, whereas its enantiomer, D-carnitine, is biologically inactive.

Effects on bone mass: In the course of human aging, carnitine concentration in cells diminishes, affecting fatty acid metabolism in various tissues. Particularly adversely affected are bones, which require continuous reconstructive and metabolic functions of osteoblasts for maintenance of bone mass.

Antioxidant effects:The carnitines exert a substantial antioxidant action, thereby providing a protective effect against lipid peroxidation of phospholipid membranes and against oxidative stress induced at the myocardial and endothelial cell level,

Heart conditions:Carnitine is primarily used for heart-related conditions. Several clinical trials show that L-carnitine and propionyl-L-carnitine can be used along with conventional treatment for angina to reduce medication needs and improve the ability of those with angina to exercise without chest pain.There is little evidence about a positive effect of the use of carnitine after a heart attack. Some studies suggest people taking L-carnitine may be less likely to suffer a subsequent heart attack or experience chest pain and abnormal heart rhythms. However, other studies have not found similar benefits.Further research on this subject is needed.

Kidney disease and dialysis: Because kidneys produce carnitine, kidney disease may lead to the deficiency of carnitine in the body. Thus, carnitine may be prescribed to those with kidney disease.

Effect in male infertility:   The use of carnitine showed some promise in a controlled trial in selected cases of male infertility by improving sperm quality. L-Carnitine supplementation has also shown to have beneficial effects in the treatment of varicocele, a major cause of male infertility.

As a weight loss supplement:

“Although L-carnitine has been marketed as a weight-loss supplement, there is no scientific evidence to show that it improves weight loss; however, some studies show that oral carnitine reduces fat mass, increases muscle mass, and reduces fatigue. All of these effects may contribute to weight loss.” Furthermore, whereas researchers in the 20th century failed to show that muscle carnitine content could be increased by dietary supplementation, this may have been in part due to inadequate lengths of the supplementation periods.In 2011, researchers using L-carnitine L-tartrate supplementation for six months in a well-controlled study demonstrated not only increased muscle carnitine in subjects without carnitine deficiencies, but also an impact on muscle metabolism and performance; however, measurements of lipid oxidation were not taken in this study, and further research is needed.

Regular supplements of L-carnitine, however, contribute to energy metabolism and improved neurotransmitter function in the brain in elderly patients.

As an antidote in valproic acid poisoning “[In the treatment of valproate toxicity] L-carnitine supplementation …is thought to provide benefit, particularly in patients with concomitant hyperammonemia, encephalopathy, and/or hepatotoxicity.”Further trials are warranted, as benefit is largely theoretical, rather than proven at this stage.

To improve symptoms in moderate asthmatics L-carnitine levels are lower in moderate persistent asthmatic children as compared to healthy control children. Asthmatic children who received L-carnitine supplementation for six months showed statistically significant improvement in their ‘asthma control testing’ and in their pulmonary function tests.

To improve fatigue resulting from ifosfamide cancer chemotherapy High doses of the chemotherapy agent ifosfamide, due to its potential nephrotoxicity, may cause urinary loss of carnitine. One study suggests, as it is essential for energy production by mitochondria, L-carnitine may have a role in reducing ifosfamide-associated fatigue.
